Export process

How overseas buyers request and lock used cars from China.

This process is designed for buyers who need low-FOB China stock but want a clear quote, document path, and payment sequence before committing funds.

Step 1

Send inquiry

Share destination country, port, email, target budget, quantity, preferred models, and shipment timeline.

Step 2

Confirm live stock

We check supplier availability, current price, VIN, plate/ownership status, mortgage status, and fresh photo availability.

Step 3

Prepare FOB or CIF quote

FOB is quoted from China-side handling. CIF is added after destination port, quantity, vessel route, and freight estimate are clear.

Step 4

Lock vehicle or replacement

Deposit is discussed only after stock, supplier lock rule, document path, and quote validity are confirmed.

Step 5

Check documents

Vehicle ownership proof, invoice route, deregistration or transfer handling, export declaration, and bill of lading are checked by step.

Step 6

Ship and release

Balance, China-side logistics, customs, vessel booking, and shipping release follow the confirmed quote and document progress.

Payment safety logic

We separate reference stock from confirmed payment steps.

Public listings help buyers find demand-fit vehicles. Payment should only move after a confirmed quote, supplier lock rule, document route, and buyer approval.

Reference FOB price is not a final proforma invoice.

Deposit is discussed after live stock and supplier lock terms are checked.

Buyer can approve exact vehicle only or similar replacement stock.

Final balance follows quote validity, document progress, and shipping release.

Buyer FAQ

Is the online price final?

No. The online FOB price is a reference price for inquiry. Final price depends on live stock, supplier lock price, export handling, quote validity, and destination requirements.

When do I pay a deposit?

After the vehicle is confirmed available and the buyer approves the quote, lock terms, document path, and replacement rule if the exact unit sells.

Can I buy one car first?

Yes. One trial vehicle is acceptable. Dealers can request 3+ mixed units for better sourcing priority and shipment planning.

What if the car is sold?

For budget stock, some cars may sell quickly. You can approve similar replacement stock by brand, model, year, mileage, price band, and destination market.

How fast will you reply?

Complete inquiries are reviewed and replied to by email within 24 business hours. CIF quotes may need extra freight confirmation.

What photos should I ask for?

Front/rear exterior, side views, interior, dashboard, odometer, VIN/nameplate, engine bay, trunk or cargo area, tires, and visible defects.
